Thank you for visiting our website or using our app. This website is owned and operated by us. By accessing and/or using this website and apps (including games) and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our privacy policy. You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our apps (including games) if you do not agree to these Terms.

Definition of words:

In these terms, ‘us’ and ‘we’ mean our team and our corporation. The term Service refers to our apps (including games). IP means Intellectual Property.

Consent

By downloading or otherwise using the Service, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service and uninstall the Service if you have already downloaded it.

We may modify these terms from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to these terms by updating this page with the new terms. You are advised to consult these terms regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes. If you continue using the Service after the new terms take effect, you will be bound by the modified terms.

If you are younger than 18 years, you can only download our games and play them on your device if your parent(s) or legal guardian have/has reviewed these terms and allowed you to download and use our service subject to these terms. We will therefore assume that any action, including the purchase of Virtual Items was authorized by the parent(s) or legal guardian.

General Terms:

  1. The Service belongs to us. We only give you permission to play/use it as is. You are not authorized, therefore, to sell, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or perform any other acts that may compromise on its IP rights.
  2. If we do not pursue any measures to enforce these terms whenever one breaks them, it does not mean the terms are invalid.
  3. We can choose to discontinue our app in instances where, in the best interest of either the organization or the players, we deem the action necessary. In the occurrence of such an event, players can lose all or some of the features.  You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any service or any part thereof.
  4. Fake/Beta User’s Data: Our games, which have rankings, may contain fake users’ data or data from beta testers. This data is meant to help the development team assess the functionality of an app for a period of time. If present, the data will stay until either the development team has finished its assessments and fixed all issues or the users subscribed to the feature exceed 100.
  5. The premium version is for a single account/email only and can operate on one device at a time. The premium version ends when a player deletes their account, resets the game, uninstalls the app, or in instances where any of these terms dictate so (like in general terms part 3).

Buying in-app purchases (IAP) in our app

  1. All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited-time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
  2. All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items made through the Service are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge and consent that the provision of Virtual Items for use in Services is a process that commences immediately upon purchase and you forfeit your right of withdrawal once the performance has started.
  3. We are not required to provide a refund for Virtual Items for any reason, and you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Items, whether your loss of license under these terms was voluntary or involuntary.
  4. We may manage, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice.
  5. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN YOU DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT OR WHEN YOU CEASE TO USE THE GAME.

Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service. These include stores where our apps are hosted and third parties mentioned in our privacy policies.
